Five-Ingredient Hot Chocolate Biscoff Puffs 🍫✨
Sweet, flaky little pastry bites — perfect for that first round of Christmas canapés.
Golden, crisp, and ready in under 20 minutes… the kind of recipe you’ll be glad to have up your sleeve when guests appear out of nowhere.
You’ll need: 1 roll puff pastry 3–4 tbsp Biscoff Demerara sugar Knoops hot chocolate shavings
1 egg or milk (for brushing)
How to make them: Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray. Spread Biscoff over half the pastry, scatter over some Knoops shavings, then fold the pastry over and roll back to size.
Cut into shapes, crimp the edges with a fork, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with demerara sugar.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until puffed, golden and flaky.
Perfect warm, with a mug of hot chocolate in hand. ✨
