These took under 20 minutes and are the perfect high protein breakfast 🩷
Crepe ingredients:
🥛 160g milk (I used almond coconut)
🥚 1 large egg
🥄 1 tsp vanilla extract
🌾 30g plain flour
💪🏼 20g vanilla whey protein
🥄 2 tsp natural sweetener
Filling ingredients:
🥣 120g Greek yogurt
🍓 60g raspberries
🌿 vanilla stevia
Method:
👉🏼Blend all ingredients and heat a crepe pan with olive oil spray.
👉🏼Cook in thin layers on each side (should make 4 medium crepes).
👉🏼Combine filling ingredients and spread into each crepe.
👉🏼Top with maple syrup (I used sugar free) and dessicated coconut.
Macros: 405 calories, 38g protein, 10g fat, 40g carbs, 6g fibre, 8g sugar
