COFFEE CHIA PUDDING 🤤☕️
INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 1 tbsp instant coffee
▪️ 1 1/4 cups milk or plant-based drink (10 fl oz)
▪️ 1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
▪️ 3-4 tbsp chia seeds
▪️ Melted dark chocolate (optional, for topping)
⏳ Time: 4-5 hours in fridge
STEPS:
1️⃣ Dissolve the instant coffee in milk or plant-based drink.
2️⃣ Sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener.
3️⃣ Add chia seeds and mix well.
4️⃣ Pour into a container or glass.
5️⃣ Refrigerate for 4-5 hours (overnight works best) until thick and pudding-like.
6️⃣ Optional: top with melted dark chocolate before serving.
