TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BAKED OATS
A festive chocolate treat to warm you up on a chilly winter day.
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 50g oat flour
- 30g @myprotein Salted Caramel Impact Soy Protein
- 5g cacao powder
- 180ml milk
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 180ml milk
- 2 tbsp @myprotein White Chocolate Protein Spread
- Dusting of icing sugar
- Chocolate Christmas tree decoration (optional)

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. In a bowl, combine the oat flour, protein, cacao and baking powder.
3. Stir in the milk until the mixture forms a smooth batter.
4. In an oven-safe dish, pour half of the oat mixture. Add the protein spread in the middle, then top with the remaining oat mixture.
5.Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
6. To finish, dust with icing sugar and top with the chocolate tree, if using.
