Just 4 ingredients & 5 minutes of prep time. A super simple no-bake easy treat! Follow my page for lots of more easy & delicious recipes @rachelhornibrook Send this reel to someone who would love these & don’t forget to save the recipe for later 📌 Makes 9 mini cups 170g milk or dark chocolate (I used 40% milk @butlerschocolate) 30g rice crispies 4 tbsp peanut butter Approx 1/4 jar of nice raspberry jam (I love @bonnemaman_irl) Melt the chocolate in the microwave on 10 second bursts until smooth. Add the peanut butter and stir. Add the rice crispies and mix until combined. Place 1 heaped tsp of mixture into each mould and then make a hollow/hole in each for the jam to be poured into. Put a scant teaspoon of jam into each then top again with another teaspoon of rice crispy mixture. Leave to chill for 2 hours or overnight & enjoy! #nobake #recipe #baking #ricecrispies #chocolate
