In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter and maple syrup. 2. Stir in oats. 3. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. 4. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and flatten (this batch made 6 cookies). Add more chips on top if desired. 5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 375F. 6.
