• Lemon juice: 8 g
Method:
1. Add orange pulp, sugar, and lemon juice to a saucepan.
2. Cook over low heat until thick and glossy.
3. Let cool completely, then refrigerate before using.

🧾 Orange Mochi Dough
• Glutinous rice flour: 120 g
• Cornstarch: 30 g
• Granulated sugar: 25 g
• Orange powder: 5 g (optional, for extra aroma)
• Milk: 200 g
• Corn oil: 20 g
• Orange food coloring: 1 drop (optional)
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients until smooth and lump-free.
2. Strain once for a finer texture.
3. Cover and steam for 25–30 minutes, until fully cooked.
4. Let cool slightly, then knead until elastic and smooth.
💡 Tip: Lightly dust your hands with cornstarch to prevent sticking.

• Whipping cream: 200 g
• Granulated sugar: 10 g
• Orange jam: 20 g
Method:
1. Whip cream with sugar to soft peaks (6–7 stage).
2. Gently fold in orange jam.

做法:
1. 所有材料混合搅拌至顺滑无颗粒
