🍳for the egg toasts
this makes two servings:
2 eggs
pinch of salt & pepper
handful of chopped basil
crumbled feta, to taste
8 cherry tomatoes, diced
+ 2 slices of bread

🫐for viral custard yogurt toasts:
this makes two servings:
1 egg
1/3 cup Greek yogurt (80 ml)
optional: 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
raspberries & blueberries
+ 2 slices of bread
•
1. Mix all the ingredients together for the yogurt mixture
2. Place the bread slices on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
3. Using a glass or the back of a spoon, press into the centre of the bread to indent and create a well without cutting through
4. For the sweet ones: spoon the yogurt mixture into the indented well and add berries on top
5. For the savory ones: crack eggs into the indented wells and add the toppings
6. Bake at 200 Celsius degrees / 390 in Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes
7. Drizzle honey on top of the sweet ones and enjoy!
