Welcome to another video, today we'll be looking at Nam Yum น้ำยำ salad dressing. You can use this as a dressing for your favourite Thai salads or use it as a dipping sauce for seafood and meats. This is bursting with umami, spicy, sour, salty and a touch of sweetness. Enjoy. Here's the recipe: Handful of garlic 50g Coriander root 100g Coriander leaves 4 tbsp fish sauce (although we used an extra one after tasting) Squid brand is best 4 limes (although we used an extra one after tasting) 1 Tbsp White vinegar 2 Tbsp Palm sugar 1 Tbsp White sugar 4/5 Green Birds eye chilli 20 Red birds eye chilli As with all Asian cooking this is a rough guide with regards to amounts, adjust for your own taste and spice tolerance.
