닭가슴살 갈비맛 구이🍗

재료: 닭가슴살 300g , 대파 조금
양념장: 진간장 4스푼, 꿀 3스푼 (올리고당,설탕 대체가능), 다진마늘 1스푼, 참기름 1스푼, 후추 조금

1. 닭가슴살을 한입크기로 잘라줍니다 (너무 두껍게 자르면 익는데 오래걸리니 얇게 썰어주세요!)
2. 만들어둔 양념장에 닭가슴살을 버무려줍니다
3. 그 위에 후추를 뿌리고 대파를 올려줍니다
4. 30분 냉장보관 후 꺼내어 파로 기름을 내줍니다
5. 파기름위에 재어둔 닭가슴살을 잘 구워주면 끝!

Grilled chicken breast ribs 🍗

Ingredients: 300g chicken breast, a little bit of green onion
Seasoning: 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp honey (oligosaccharide, sugar alternative), 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame oil, a little pepper

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces (cut too thick and take a long time to cook, so slice thinly!)
2. Mix chicken breast with the sauce
3. Sprinkle pepper on top and add green onion
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, take it out and deflate it with green onions
5. Grill the chicken breast well on the green onion oil and it's over!
