🌶️You know I'm all about sharing authentic Korean food! Hence, I will be sharing authentic, original Korean food recipes that Koreans use, which happen to be naturally Halal, without the need to substitute key ingredients to "halal-ify"! This way, you can create perfectly authentic food that, again, happens to be halal 😋
[Korean Spicy Bibim Noodles] #비빔국수#bibimguksu
*For 2 servings*
▫️Ingredients: Korean Somyeon (thin noodles; can be easily found at Korean supermarkets in and outside Korea)
▫️Sauce: 2 tbsp of halal gochujang (I used @cjcheiljedang Haechandeul brand), 1 tbsp of the following: sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, gochugaru, vinegar (Soy sauce featured in the video is halal, which I got in Malaysia @lkkmalaysia, which tastes close to Korean soy sauce (has to be unsweetened). Korean Sesame seed oil is not certified halal, but is Muslim friendly because it does not contain any haram ingredients with no cross contamination risk)
