INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 4 eggs
▪️ 2/3 cup sugar-free tomato sauce (about 5.3 oz)
▪️ 5.3 oz shredded chicken
▪️ 1/2 cup shredded cheese (about 1.75 oz)
⏳ Time: 10 min | 🌡 350°F in air fryer
⏳ Time: 10 min | 🌡 400°F in oven
STEPS:
1️⃣ Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, making a thin omelette.
2️⃣ Cut the omelette into pieces to use as “lasagna sheets.”
3️⃣ In an air fryer or oven-safe dish, layer the cooked egg, tomato sauce, shredded chicken, and cheese.
