EASY BREAD PUDDING 😍
Ingredients
• 300gr bread
• 2 1/2 cups of milk
• 28oz condensed milk
• 3 eggs
• 2 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup sugar for the caramel
Preparation:
• Preheat your oven to 400°F
• Blend all of your ingredients except sugar
• Use a medium pan over medium high heat and add sugar, let it cook until a deep golden caramel forms
• Use an angel cake pan, add caramel and let it cool, then add bread pudding batter
• Cover with foil and place cake pan in a large pot with 3 inches of water, cover and bake for 35 minutes, or until toothpick runs clean. The top should be mildly firm to the touch.
• Let cool at room temp, refrigerate over night and enjoy!
