CRISPY HIGH-PROTEIN SNACK 🍗

INGREDIENTS:
▪ 2 small chicken breasts (about 10.5 oz total)
▪ 2 eggs
▪ Spices to taste (garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper...)
⏳ Time: 10 minutes | 🌡 Temp: 350°F in air fryer
1️⃣ Blend the chicken breasts with the eggs and spices until smooth.
2️⃣ Transfer the mixture to a piping bag (or a plastic bag with the corner cut off).
3️⃣ Pipe thin strips onto parchment paper or directly into the air fryer basket.
4️⃣ Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
