Here’s another delicious Tteobokki variation, this time with gnocchi, chorizo and rosé sauce! Just imagine the spicy chorizo and chewy gnocchi dunked in the spicy, slightly sweet, creamy and cheesy sauce in one big bite! I will tell you that it makes one satisfying burst of flavours in your mouth.
You only need a handful of ingredients to put this together in about 15 minutes or so as a meal or a late night snack. Would you try this?

• 2 chorizos (250g)
• 1/2 onion
• 1.5C gnocchi
• 3/4C water
• 1/4C cream
• 1/3C tomato sauce
• 1 Tbsp gochujang
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1/2C grated cheddar
• 1/3C grated parmesan
