What you need
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup blueberries
4 tbsp sweetener (I used allulose)
1/2 tsp baking powder
How to make it
1. Mix your almond flour, cottage cheese, baking powder, and sweetener.
2. Fold in the blueberries & place into a greased donut pan.
3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Let cool fully before removing from the pan & enjoy!
Pro tip: These are a bit wet & messy in the bottom but it’s totally worth it because they’re super delicious
