Easy Chocolate Ice Recipe

Finely chop the milk chocolate bars.

In a mixing bowl, combine whipping cream, cream stabilizer, and vanilla sugar.

Beat the mixture until a firm cream forms.

Gently fold the chocolate shavings into the whipped cream.

Transfer the cream mixture to a piping bag.

Add a few teaspoons of the chopped milk chocolate into each ice pop bag.

Place the bags in a warm water bath to melt the chocolate.

Turn the bags to spread the melted chocolate along the inside, forming a thin layer.

Fill the chocolate-coated bags with the prepared whipped cream mixture.

Seal the bags well and place them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
