Had to share this again 🤭 ancestral whole food Greek yogurt cheesecake 🥄👇🏻
200g full-fat Greek yogurt (organic or grass-fed)
1 pasture-raised egg
1 scoop colostrum powder (optional but adds a nutrient boost)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
frozen berries for topping
Whisk everything together until smooth, pour into a ramekin, bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20-25 mins until just set, then chill for at least an hour. The result? Creamy, nutrient-packed, and perfect for breakfast or dessert.
