Welcome to Episode 4 of our bread series! In this video, we're making an incredibly easy, no-knead bread with cold fermentation. All it takes is 3 minutes of mixing, then just let time do the rest.

📝 Ingredients:
380 ml / 12.85 oz / 1.6 cups water
550 g / 19.4 oz / 4 ⅓ cups bread flour (type 550)
8 g / 2 ¼ tsp dry yeast
9 g / 1 ½ tsp salt
Just mix the ingredients, refrigerate overnight (12–16 hours), and bake the next day. It’s that simple.
