This is my go-to summer green bean dish because the texture is unmatched. If you have more mature beans with bulging seeds, this is a good way to cooked them to get the beans tender.
You’ll need:
1 lb green beans
1/2 cup oil (for wok frying method, 1/4 cup for shallow frying, 2 1/2 tbs for air frying)
2 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp garlic salt (or sea salt)
chili crisp (optional, my chili oil is great for this too!)
