200 ml / 6.8 oz / ¾ cup + 2 tbsp Milk
200 ml / 6.8 oz / ¾ cup + 2 tbsp Water
40 g / 1.4 oz / 2 ½ tbsp Sugar
100 ml / 3.4 oz / scant ½ cup Vegetable oil
10 g / 0.35 oz / 1 tbsp Dry yeast
670 g / 23.6 oz / 5 ⅓ cups Pastry flour (Type 450)
10 g / 0.35 oz / 1 ½ tsp Salt
25 g / 25 ml / 0.9 oz / 1 ¾ tbsp Butter
1 Egg yolk + 2 tbsp milk (for brushing)
