Come try out my new recipe for Folded Kimbap or Onigiriazu! This is just one way to make your kimbap easier than the traditional rolling method.
Ingredients List: (makes 5 sandiwiches)
3oz. kimchi (sauteed with 1 tsp. sesame oil)
5oz. crab sticks
2 tbsp. kewpie mayo
2oz. carrot
6oz. cucumber
4oz. skirt steak
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. mirin
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 cups cooked rice (2 cups dry rice + 2.5 cups water)
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
5 x nori sheets
5 ea x green leaf lettuce
