Smash Burger Tacos
Crispy, juicy and cheesy, this recipe takes your taco game to the next level.
Ingredients:
• 700 g (1 - 1.5 lb) ground beef
• 8–10 mini tacos
• 10 slices cheddar cheese
• 1 cup chopped lettuce
• Salt to taste
• Caramelized onion
Sauce
• 3 tbsp @chosenfoods avocado mayo
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp pickle juice or rice vinegar
• 1–2 tbsp caramelized onion
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Form small beef balls, then smash them thin inside the tacos.
2. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Heat the oil in a pan, place the tacos upside down, and add a slice of cheddar on top.
4. Prepare the sauce, add it inside the tacos with lettuce and caramelized onions.
5. Fold the tacos in half and enjoy.
