물 약 3컵(500ml)
진간장 약 1/2큰술(4g)
양조식초 1/2큰술(4g)
황설탕 1/2큰술(6g)
참기름 1큰술(7g)
쪽파 약 2대(15g)
조미김 6장(약 3g)
식용유 약간

[ 만드는 법 ]
1. 완성그릇에 분말스프 ½봉지, 진간장, 식초, 황설탕, 참기름을 넣고 섞는다.
* 식초의 양은 기호에 따라 1큰술까지 사용해도 좋다.
* 큐민가루가 있다면 기호에 맞게 소량 넣어줘도 좋다.
2. 조미김을 비닐봉지에 넣고 잘게 부숴 준비한다.
* 조미김가루가 있다면 사용해도 좋다.
3. 쪽파는 송송 썰어 준비한다.
* 쪽파가 없다면 대파를 반 갈라 송송 썰어 사용해도 좋다.
4. 냄비에 물을 넣고 끓으면 후레이크, 면을 넣고 약3분 삶는다.
5. 삶은 면은 체에 밭쳐 물기를 제거하고 따뜻한 상태로 소스를 만들어 둔 그릇에 담는다.
6. 면 삶은 프라이팬의 물기를 제거하고 식용유를 넉넉하게 두른 후 튀기듯이 달걀프라이한다.
7. 면 위에 쪽파, 김가루를 올리고 달걀프라이를 올려 완성한다.
