To make two portions you will need: 200g pasta 100g smoked bacon lardons 1 onion diced 50g parmesan 150ml cream 2 tsp crushed garlic Bunch fresh parsley finely chopped Pinch salt & pepper Fry off the bacon on a medium heat for 5 mins. Place the pasta on to cook as per the packet instructions. Add in the onion & fry off for another 5 mins. Add in the garlic, salt, pepper & cream then bring to a simmer. Add 2 ladles of pasta water (approx 100ml), parmesan & parsley then drain off the pasta once cooked. Stir well then add in the cooked pasta.
