โOnion - 1-2 pcs.
โA little vegetable oil for frying.
โCheese (I used mozzarella) - 200 g.
โSalt - to taste.
โBlack ground pepper - to taste.
Fill:
โEggs - 2 pcs.
โSour cream or thick yogurt - 3 tbsp. l.
โSalt - 1/3 tsp.
โMore love and good mood (required).
The diameter of my baking dish is 22 cm
๐ Bake at 180ยฐC/356 F for an average of 30-40 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.

โ You can exclude lemon juice in the dough by replacing it with water.
โ The amount of onions in the filling can be adjusted at your discretion (a little more or less).
โ If you don't have sour cream or yogurt on hand for pouring, take a little milk or another egg.
โ If you wish, you can add other spices to the filling.
