MANGO CHEESECAKE ๐ฐ๐ฅญ
INGREDIENTS:
โช 1 cup Greek yogurt (250g)
โช 1 cup cream cheese (250g)
โช 5 eggs
โช 1 ripe mango (about 10 oz)
โณ Time: 40 min baking + at least 4h in the fridge
๐ก Temp: 400ยฐF (preheated oven)
1๏ธโฃ Peel and blend the mango until smooth.
2๏ธโฃ In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, eggs, and mango puree.
3๏ธโฃ Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined or greased baking dish.
4๏ธโฃ Bake at 340ยฐF for 40 minutes.
5๏ธโฃ Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better!).
