📌 Ingredients:
• 200g Boiled chickpeas
• 1 Zucchini
• Salt
• Half of the onion
• 1 Carrot
• 2 tbsp chickpea flour
• 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
• Chili flakes (optional)
• Rice flour (50g)
• Ghee (or vegetable oil for frying)
📌 Sauce:
Parsley
2 tbsp of natural yogurt (or Plant-based yogurt for vegans)
1 tsp of tahini
lemon juice
