My son loves snacking on green grapes, so I've been buying them a lot lately. I decided to make a cute custard tart with them. As usual, my son was a wonderful assistant in making this tart. Unsalted butter 100g

3 Egg yolks 60g
Salt 2g
All purpose flour 130g
Baking powder 4g
Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes
*Baking time can be different depends on your oven, thickness of your cookie dough.
Custard cream (Pastry cream)
Milk 160g
Vanilla bean 1/2 piece
2 Egg yolks 40g
Sugar 38g
Corn starch 6g
Flour 6g
Unsalted utter 10g
Vanilla gelee
Water 180g
Sugar 40g
Agar agar 2g
Vanilla bean 1/2 piece
1/4 Gelatin sheet (0.5g)
