Cinnamon Roll Bites with 2-ingredient dough 😍
These mini bites are so quick and easy! They’re super soft, warm, and doughy, packed with cinnamon sugar and coated in a sweet glaze 🤤

All you need is:
For the dough:
180g Greek yoghurt (I used 0% fat)
150g self raising flour
For the filling:
30g unsalted butter, melted
3 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
For the glaze:
6 tbsp icing sugar
4 tsp milk (any)
Makes about 20 bites - feel free to half the mix to make less
Tips:
🌟Don’t over bake the dough as this can make it chewy
🌟Make sure the edges are sealed when you roll them into balls, otherwise they may unravel in the oven
🌟Serve fresh and warm
