POUR OVER GINGER SCALLION CHICKEN 🍲🍗
2 L shaped organic chicken
4-5 red dates
4-5 slices of ginger
Steamed for 16 minutes once water starts boiling
let cool down, shred chicken and set soup aside
Scallion/spring onion cooked in oil, pour over 1:1 ratio of ginger + scallion/spring onions, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar and 1/4 tsp salt and the chicken broth
and get ready for the best sauce ever :’)
