APPLE CRUMBLE YOGHURT POT
The perfect snack for when you’re craving something sweet.
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 small apple
- 40g oats
- @myprotein Butterscotch Sugar-Free Syrup
- 100g zero-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 15g @myprotein Vanilla Impact Whey Protein
Method:
1. Dice the apple into small pieces.
2. Add the apple to a frying pan over a medium heat and cook for a few minutes. Add the oats and butterscotch syrup, stir, and continue cooking until the apple is golden brown.
3. In a small bowl, mix yoghurt and protein powder until smooth.
4. In a clear glass, layer the protein yoghurt and stewed apple, finishing with a top layer of apple, finished with a drizzle of syrup.
