14 oz ground meat — chicken thighs or other (400g)
2 garlic cloves
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking sake
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sugar
1 leek white part
3 spring onions
1 egg
1 tbsp cornstarch
30 wonton dumpling wrappers
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Dipping sauce (for 1 person):
½ tsp grated ginger
½ tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp toasted sesame oil
A pinch of shichimi
