주황색의 찐한 노른자가 2개나 올라가서 먹음직스러웠어요. 면이 뜨겁기 때문에 섞어주면 자연스럽게 면발에 착 달라붙는 소스가 되는 게 포인트✨
하지만 까르보나라라고 하기엔 후추랑 치즈가 많이 부족했어요. 명란을 추가해서 먹으니 명란의 감칠맛과 약간의 매운맛이 부족한 맛을 보완해 주었습니다.

This Fukuoka udon shop serves a unique carbonara udon topped with freshly boiled noodles, eggs, and cheese.
Two rich, orange egg yolks sat beautifully on the noodles, and because the noodles are served hot, mixing them creates a creamy sauce that clings naturally to every strand✨
However, it lacked the punch of cheese and black pepper you’d expect from a traditional carbonara. Adding mentaiko (spicy cod roe) really helped enhance the flavor with its umami and mild spiciness.
You can skip the line by purchasing a Fast Pass (¥390), and reservations are also available—definitely worth keeping in mind for your visit!
